Thermoset Molding

Capable of producing broad range of custom components dependent on size, design complexity and material requirements.

Size Range: .1" to 12" depending on material volume.

Materials: Variety of materials available for use including Diallyl Phthalate and Phenolic.

Thermoplastic Molding

Capable of producing broad range of custom components dependent on size, design complexity and material requirements.

Size Range: .1" to 6 " depending on material volume.

Materials: Broad variety of materials available for use including Polyester, Nylon, Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), Acetal, Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).
